Assuming the A8 (not the A10 because your sig says you have a 2016 Camaro), it did receive a service bulletin about the first shift after a cold start, see below. Also make sure you have the latest transmission fluid that introduced in Jan 2019 to prevent transmission shudder, the service bulletin for that issue is 18-NA-355, flushing the A8 ...They were not willing to admit that this is a widespread problem. I showed them the TSB 18-NA-355 that describes the problem.
